RETURN POLICY
Items ordered through this website will qualify for a refund under the following conditions:
- Products that are damaged or defective
- Refund request must be received at customerservice@km-cosmetics.com within 7 days of receipt of product (Email must include a photo of the product to be returned with a explanation as to how the product did not meet expectations)
** Emptied or refilled products will not qualify for any refund.
** Products that qualify are subject to a full refund minus cost of shipping ($5.95).
** All product must be unused & in their original packaging.
** PARTIALLY USED or ITEMS WITH THE APPEARANCE of use cannot be returned
Note: At KM Cosmetics we value our clients' satisfaction and strive to provide a quality product. In order for us to maintain a high level of customer service & quality products, we ask that you please include an explanation within your email, so we can continuously improve our products.
SHIPPING
All shipping will be handled through the United States Postal Service.
There is a Flat Shipping rate of $5.95 USD for all shipments within the USA.
USPS (United States Postal Service) offers tracking on these items. An email link will be sent when your order is processed and shipped.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Insurance is available through USPS.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
